My mother, two sisters, two nephews and their dog were on the way back from an annual trip to Salmon Arm when, as all British Columbians will know, a weather event like no other occured.This event washed out roads, communities and families in the blink of an eye and stranded my family in Hope, B.C.Two amazing things happened, the people of Hope opened their arms and their homes, and one of several companies I had called picked up the phone. That company was TRK Helicopters.I had spoken to several helicopter companies already, getting quotes, timelines and capabilities to get my family back home but TRK stood above the rest. The professionalism, the communication and the honesty were absolutely top notch.TRK was in constant communication to let me know the latest updates. From eta's to delays to the name of the pilot, all of which helped brighten my families spirits by being able to keep them in the loop.Not that it matters when your family is in need, but the price was far lower than any other company I had reached out to. As TRK explained, they weren't trying to capitalize on the disaster.I can't tell you how proud, honoured and indebted I am to everybody at TRK for what they did for me and my family.It's not often the average person needs a helicopter in their life but on the occasion that you do, I can't recommend TRK enough.Thank you to everybody at TRK Helicopters, absolute heroes in my eyes.

TRK is awesome. I was unable to reach my family due to flooding and they were able to get me home. Great service and friendly pilots, I would highly recommend for your helicopter needs!
