Nathan and Karl were on time and professional. They wore masks and had slippers for indoor use. They were efficient with diagnosing our dishwasher and had the replacement parts ready to go. Our dishwasher had stopped working and after weeks of trying to diagnose and fix myself I realized the problem required a professional. This was the second time O used Appliance Heroes, the first was during the pandemic when they came to my parents house to assist with their issues.The team as responsive, respectful, and professional. There was no BS sales push, no pressure to buy expensive parts, just a straight forward diagnosis and a quote on labour and what needs to be fixed.They were cheaper than other companies and way less sketchy.I will only ever use them for any and all appliance issues moving forward.This is a 10 star company with great technicians.

I love appliance heroes. I’ve used their services 3 times, and refer them to everyone I know. They are super professional and explain everything well. Zero judgement and super easy to communicate with.My only wish would be a referral program! Haha. Their pricing is always fair, and they go above and beyond. Had them repair my washer and dryer in the morning. Noticed an additional issue and they swung by again at the end of the day without any fuss and fixed everything!

I had searched for a reputable company that can service the east end. The tech was prompt and thorough and offered us appropriate information to make an informed decision on next steps. Highly recommend Appliance Heroes! Our dryer was not drying and Appliance Heroes responded quickly and got the job done very well. The communication was excellent on setting up the appointment and the technician arrived on time and was very professional. The price was very reasonable. I have a 26 year old top loading washing machine that had never required a service call until recently. It would fill and empty but would not spin. I had used them before for vent duct cleaning on my dryer and was extremely happy with professionalism and work ethic so I called them to service my washing machine. Again I was impressed with their professionalism, explanations for the required service, quality of work, pictures of parts needing replaced and all around great service.
