Called Kyle on a Saturday when our tanklesshotwater system stopped working. He fit using on a very busy day arriving after 6:00pm, quickly fixed the issue in a few minutes and was on his way. He said no charge! I will certainly use him again based on his expertise and customer service approach.

We had our HWT die on us on a Thursday. the unit was about 20-25 years old so it was time for an upgrade. After making a few calls around the city I settled with Tankless Experts Inc. Kyle was able to this work on the weekend (2 days later) and I was back with hot water immediately. The unit he installed is great, endless hot water and no more wasteful hot water tank and heater. Kyle was very clean with his work, professional and on time. We're now 1 year later and there has been 0 issues.

Excellent service.!!!Our garbage Victorian technology water heater tank broke down, and it took two days to reach enerscam, almost another two days before they sent someone without the parts to look at it.I contacted Kyle on a Sunday morning about replacing our water heater with tankless and he was at our house the next morning getting started.By the time enerscam contacted me about repairing their old junk and telling me it was another day for the part, Kyle was done and we had hot water again!!!I should also note the enerscam said it was impossible to install a tankless unit, eg: they were more than happy to just keep collecting on the rental that came with the house when we bought it. Kyle took one look at some pictures and told me it was no problem, and he was correct.Since the install we have had a couple of problems but Kyle was at our house the next morning, with the part, and had it fixed in less than an hour.
