Fully Digital location , you wont get cash here or see a teller . Way quicker then a full service location . Rep was amazing

RBC - SHUT THIS BRANCH DOWN. It is absolutely USELESS and a waste of money for the company. Cannot withdraw money, deposit anything, or perform ANY transactions that you can't do from the ATM - whyyyy are you paying for real estate, and staff when this branch is absolutely a waste of space? The staff will just ask you to use the ATM or call the contact center or go to another branch. If someone wants useless advice and the feeling of being interrogated, they would much rather call the advice center!

I had a very nice experience at this branch. It has a very pleasing and welcoming atmosphere. Sure, it's not meant for transactions. If you need basic transactions done, there is one down the road. This is more of an advice focused branch and as much as the staff wants to help out, they just cannot because it's designed with a different perspective maybe.Keep doing what you are doing! Cheers!

Worst experience walking into this branch first time. I went to inquire about lime off credit as I had RBC visa and I lived very close by. Branch manager Neelam and receptionist treated me so poorly. No customer advice skills and I could not believe manager said no without talking to me and she started giving me reasons why they don’t want to do that instead of welcoming a new client to the bank. They seemed super suspicious why I walked into the branch to get a line of credit. I would not deal with RBC and continue dealing with my own bank. Absolutely worst experience!!

I visited this branch as was unable to access my RBC mobile application. The service I was provided by staff was commendable. They not only helped me set up my banking application but also helped me with other banking services. Happy to be banking with RBC.

This branch is unbearably bad, everyone who works here insists on wasting your time instead of actually trying to help you. I wish this was an isolated experience but unfortunately this branch is the closest one to me so I have to deal with unprofessionalism and lack of customer service experience on a constant basis. Each experience ends up being worse than the last which is almost unbelievable, if you value your time or sanity, avoid this branch.

This branch is stupid. I get it is supposed to be innovative with advice only but why would you have a bank where you can't do any transfers. It makes other locations crowded and the people won't even help here. Would rather do any advising services at a branch that actually has the full service and I'll never come back here. I recommend absolutely nobody to come here
