Stay away from any business with this builder. They include property tax into the purchase and then do not pay the city.The owners had to pay the full amount. The owners won the small claims court case, and yet to see their money back.

If there was a 0, I would give it. They never paid hydro and gas bills during construction. Upon moving in, I was handed a 8 month bill after taking ownership. Very poor workmanship. I had to call them 2-3 times to fix issues and they can never get it right. Stay away from these crooks.

PROOF is in the press, please read CBC article “5 years later, frustrated homebuyers still waiting for the keys”.Stay away from Fresh Towns and the builder, Greatwise Developments - the home buyers have been robbed of their dreams to own homes and have waited 5+ years for their construction to start, and still nothing.

Worst developer I've ever dealt with. Long delays, harldy any communication. We put a downtown on a house, for a project they are developing in Ottawa, back in 2017. And today 2022 and they are still not done.
