I have booked more than 5 trips with White Horse Travel Ltd and I am very happy with their service. Mahendran is approachable, patient and friendly. Prices are cheap and fair. Most of my family and friends also have positive experience with him.We once had an emergency and decided to cancel our tickets. Mahendran worked with the respective Air line and got us 100% refund.

I visited few travel agency to get quotes for flight tickets due to mu peculiar travel plan. I felt most of the agents showed attitude, but at this place I felt welcoming. From the first phone call the agent followed up with the request where in other places travel agents complete forget about their clients. The agent at this place spent a considerable amount of time and helped me find what I needed.
