I've been going for years. I make a lot of last minute decisions, and I needed a haircut like right now. Worst mistake of my life. I would have came here and went the extra mile, but instead went to Tommy gun's to save time, and now Iook homeless. I will never get a haircut anywhere else. Great service!

I have been going to CCO for the last year. I came in with a mess of hair from a bad home dye job and was transformed by Grace and her magic chair. I have also used the nail service. Massage service and Facial service all with amazing results. All the ladies greeted me with kiness and respect. I would highly reccommend this service

NOT RECOMMENDED.5.5 hrs and over $600.00 and have the worst hairdo I've ever had.Left me sit for hours as she did numerous other clients ; I had a booked appointment and the others were walk-ins.Dyed my hair and burnt my scalp (even after I told her my head was sensitive) and dyed my extensions which isn't possible but she said her extensions were high end( color washed out after first wash and they shed down to nothing) no trim after she fried my thin fine hair; My extensions are visible as she put in extensions that were not suitable for my hair type; when I said only tape ins but she insisted she knew how to put wefts in so I trusted her(BIG MISTAKE) Price she quoted me when I booked appointment ended up being over 3 times the cost but didn't know that till I went to pay; totally unprofessional. I told her I wanted refund and she said she would redo for free. I told her if you can't do it right the first time I sure not going back for more sufferingI've had extensions for 20yrs; I know more about them than she does..

Grace is absolutely amazing. She took her time and I could tell she knew all about colors / mixing / etc Grace did an amazing job. I turn 65 tomorrow let me tell you this is the first time in all my years of having my hair colored that I actually left with a color that I liked . I will be going to Grace from now on. She is amazing.Thanks Grace

This is the only place I get my hair cut because the service is always awesome. Grace is very professional and wonderful to chat with while you are getting your updo. She's very personable and easy to talk to.

Grace is amazing. She put a treatment on my destroyed hair and cut it an amazingly. Also made me laugh the whole time. Would go to her definitely again and again.
