Order from this place often. online customized a pizza asap it turned it into their premade pizza without informing me my customized chicken was now their chicken with ham? Who does that called met with a rude u ordered it check your reciept. No I didn't...it clearly selected it on it own..not their problem for my 40$ order 25$ 8 slice pizza offered me 2$ credit lmao huh no thanks I'll go to another fast food pizza place there six in my area Boston , pizza hut , Pete's pizza ,dominos to name a few. It the rude customer service and blame me for their website glitch was most annoying if I ordered ham would be different not only did I play 3$ more for chicken it had barely any any was covered in ham. So upsetting since we don't eat pork as it against our religion. Why I knew I didn't select this topping.

Alex was very professional and made sure our error which was not her fault was dealt with accordingly. This person is going to go very far in life with her ambition for customer satisfaction. I wish every store had an employee like her.

I've heard Canadians say a lot of negative things about Pizza Pizza and I finally decided to try it. I was expecting something truly awful. However the one I got was better than expected. I do feel the sauce was too acidic, but the crust decent. It's not amazing but for a $10 pizza I'd give it a 5.2/10.

Usually pizza pizza slices are regular crust good size, here the slices are thin , not worth it. Customer service is good.

We did a mobile order for onion, rings, and chicken bites. It was ready at exactly 20 minutes just as it said it would be. The young man behind the counter checked the box is to make sure it was correct and when he noticed my wife’s chicken bites had not been tossed in honey garlic. He made it right right away. A++++++
