The Kabob Guys - Afghan Grill
We just stumbled on this amazing place randomly. It was smelling good so we thought of trying the food. It did not disappoint.The food was so good. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Oven baked but not charred. And super juicy.This Mediterranean salad was different than other places. You should definitely try.I plan to try their signature dishes next time.

The meat is seasoned really well and portions are generous. The rice also tasted really good! I wish the salad didn't use iceberg lettuce but it was still good. Also had a mango smoothie which tasted pretty good (very thick).

Saw this store recently open and went in for lunch. The food was so good and great value (the portion is huge). I enjoyed the beef kabob a lot. It was nicely seasoned and tender. In addition, their sides were well seasoned.

Well located and decorated. The food was also very tasty and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend it for lunch if you’re in downtown Toronto.

Wow finally we now have an authentic and delicious Afghan restaurant in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district! We normally go to East York just to get our Afghani food cravings, but not anymore.We decided to try their Double Kabob Platters - Sultan & Wazir which includes aromatic brown Basmati rice, traditional Afghan salad, freshly baked Naan, 2 skewers of meat and sauces.The Beef Tikka & Classic Chicken skewers are soft and tender on the inside and beautifully charred on the outside. The Shish Kofta Kabob is jam-packed with flavours from the seasoning/spices and seared to perfection.And to satisfy your sweet tooth, the Mango Smoothie is creamy and delicious and meant to be enjoyed alongside any Afghani meal.Service was also exemplary with Swati the order taker/cashier having a pleasant attitude and providing great customer service by being helpful and knowledgeable.Great food, generous portion, and exceptional service are what you get when you dine at The Kabob Guys. We will surely be back here ... again and again.

The Kabob Guys - Afghan Grill
Very Good! I ordered the Sultani: 7 pieces of Beef Sirloin combined with 1 skewer of ground beef seasoned and marinated in traditional afghan spices and herbs, grilled to perfection and served with golden brown basmati rice, naan and white sauces! To my surprise the Star⭐ of this meal were the Naan and White sauces. The Naan was the best I ever had! They bake it fresh in-house. Another highlight was the addictive and flavorful white sauce. For drink i had Ayran yogurt which was very refreshing. Last another pro was the skewer kofta kebob which was delicious. Cons: the rice was bland but good, beef sirloin was too chewy for my liking. That is all pros and cons. Overall, pros outweighs the cons and I will definitely come back but next time I will skip Sultani and order Tandoori Waziri. Service was great, cost is reasonable, portion size is great, restaurant clean and busy location. Very good overall 8 out of 10.

The Kabob Guys - Afghan Grill
Saw this new spot on my walk and I decided to get takeout for lunch. The staff at the counter was very nice and friendly.I got the Sultani that includes beef tikka and skewer. Both of them tasted bland to me. The tikka was also a lot harder and chewy than it usually is in Afghan cuisine. The bread and rice were pretty good though.Perhaps it was an off day so I’d definitely try this place out once more and update my review if I like it better then.

The Kabob Guys - Afghan Grill had amazing food, ambiance, and outstanding service. It's one of the best Afghan places I have been to in the city. Definitely a must-try! It’s also important to mention that staff were understanding and friendly. The cashier who took our order was amazing, she explained the menu in detail and was happy to clear our doubts great service.Overall 10/10
