Never lease anything from these JOKERS. I have had a lease for over a year, good payment history. My payments are due on Saturday, they are closed Sunday and because I called to pay on Monday the refused to waive a $27 late fee? Been a good customer since i started and because I was 1 working day late, they felt necessary to charge me the fee with no sympathy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've dealt with this store on and off for a good 6 years, I've rent to own and had a loan through the store as well. They try pretty hard to be helpful and definitely are on your a$$ if you are behind its their job, but they do have empathy and try to help out. It's a decent store to deal with and no many places have payments like this and for those of us who can't just pull cash for no where it's nice to have somewhere like this even if you do end up paying too much for some stuff.

BARTON STREET - Staff (Sean) was very helpful and not only obtained what we needed from another store, but also got back to me twice to confirm they got the item and set up same day delivery. Delivery was completed on time and the 2 drivers. The manager at this location was supportive and helped Sean do his job.
