Had really great service from Matt at Southdale/Empire Auto. He came to our house to make it easier with three kids and a busy work schedule. It was prompt with replies and knew what I wanted on the first try (twice now actually!). I have experienced buying two cars from Matt starting with a small car and now a large 7 seater to fit my growing family. I am grateful to know who to go to for any auto purchases. I got a phone call one day on my cell and it was Shawn Uz calling me asking about a car. I thought to myself do I really need to upgrade my truck but I did it. Him and his colleague Sam helped me picked what I love and helped me with a smooth process. They both talked to me about the delivery date and Shawn even hooked me up with some stuff! Was looking for a vehicle that doesn't hit the market often and found one in their inventory. Gave them a call and spoke with Adel. He was great to deal with. From the get go he was very professional and polite. When agreeing to purchase the vehicle there was little negotiation done on the price because he gave me a great price from the start on it. Since then there were a couple small things I've noticed over the month that I wanted or would like done and the team there has went above and beyond to help me find the proper contacts and referrals. I would recommend this place and Adel to anyone just for the type of service I got. I normally purchase from larger or more mainstream dealerships. Definitely am happy I decided to look here! These guys go over and above to help you get into a car! Andrew was my salesman and he did an amazing job. This was my first purchase through a dealership and I walked in not even knowing if I could afford a car. He sat down with me, asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, showed me some of the choices available, and had me approved the same day. After we knew I was approved Andrew took the time to make sure I could find an awesome, low kilometer car that fit within my budget. It was a little over my budget at first, but he was able to make sure that it fit within my budget. All while making sure I was making a safe and smart investment. I never felt any pressure to buy, or was never steered in a direction I wasn't comfortable with. Andrew took into consideration my wants and needs and made them happen. After all the paperwork was signed, my car was ready to be picked up 2 days later. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
