Great service with a great choice in car that they offered ...I have no complaints whatsoever.

Totally recommend. A fantastic experience with Langley Enterprise Rent-a-Car.Travelling from overseas I had to rent a car and drive on the other side of the road, other side of the car, and acclimate to different road rules in a region far busier traffic wise. I rented several cars over the course of the month, an Elantra (really good!) and a Jetta (also pretty good) and had completely favourable experiences.Sadly, a rock hit the window shield and I scraped the driver's side door backing out of a tight parking stall but having purchased the Enterprise insurance (over using my own) there was no hassle, no deductible required and they were extremely kind and understanding about the matter. It was like, $29 more per day but so worth it.The only ways I'd have head office improve the service would be to activate the audible parking sensors" on the cars

Atrocious customer service. I have used Enterprise before, but never will again. Total and utter lack of communication to you as a customer, and if you have the slightest problem with ICBC they will hang you out to dry. Read the other 1 star reviews, this is a repeat pattern with this location. They can't even make the effort to return a phone call.The vehicle they rented out on this occasion was dirty, and had not been cleaned from the previous renter. Overall, a bad customer experience.

So I have had to take rental from this place twice so far and was incredibly happy on every occasion. Vehicles were nice and the folks were even nicer and pretty accommodating too. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks to Anubhab, Himani and JJ for offering a nice experience overall.

I would say watch your bill when you come to this place. My $20 bill ended up as $49.After I returned my rent, I got a call from girl and asked for $49 payment which I were expecting $20 because I bought the insurance at $10 / day. I returned the vehicle within 48 hours. She said they went by calandar days instead. This is not what the sales man told me. Well, that's fine. Then she said based on my driving distance, I would be charged for additional. This was not acceptable at all because I barely drove within that 48 hours. The amount did not add up at all. When I expressed my frustration, she said she would talk to her manager and call me back. Of cause, she didn't call me back!!!I realized that I'm charge $49 regardless a month later.I'm leaving this feedback to whoever will rent a car at this place. Do remember to ask more questions and watch your bill later.

Very pleased with the service from this location. My vehicle was in good shape and staff were courteous and helpful. No major complaints.

I loved my experience with Langley enterprise. Himani and Amandeep are simply amazing. They are friendly, gave me a call a day before my pickup to make sure I am aware that my car is ready, and provided an amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location to everyone.

We rented a car from here as we had a total loss insurance claim on our own vehicle. During our rental the check engine light came on, when we phoned to advise they told us to keep the car and basically advised us if we get stranded we'll deal with it then". When we returned they told us we had to file a claim with our own insurance for a small scratch that was part of an existing scrape on the front passenger side bumper which on pick up they said they "already knew about". They argued with me that it was not part of the existing damage

DO NOT RENT FROM THE LANGLEY LOCATION!They will lie to you and tell you that your ICBC coverage is lower than what you're actually entitled to, so they can charge you even more for what you pay out of pocket. But obviously when ICBC pays them, they get more than what they show you.They will also add random, miscellaneous charges that don't make sense, and if you don't ask them to email you the rental agreement, you'll never know that you are being charged extra.This location's cars are rarely ever properly cleaned, they even tried to offer a car that had cigarette smell in it and was not up front about it until confronted.They also try to not note down some of the smaller, less visible damages, so if you don't tell them on the spot and you drive away, then you become liable for it. Things like cracks on the windshield, and broken AC vent clips, are fairly common.Don't ever count on them to call/email you back, they'll claim that they are super busy. The truth is, they just don't care, their volume is high, and they make so much money from their upgrade mark ups.GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

I had earlier complained about Enterprise's fuel policy and the lack of explanation at the beginning of my rental about the fact that you only fill the car in the same level as you had received the car in. As per my previous rental experience, I thought I had to fill the entire tank of gas before drop off and then claim a refund. The act of filling gas for the entire tank and trying to get the refund for the extra gas has turned into a nightmare situation for me.I had a car that was given with a half tank of gas and I returned it with a full tank of gas. The representative at the location gave me a refund only for a quarter tank of gas after my Dad complained in person. He did not want to argue further so he accepted the refund he got. I had made a complaint about not receiving the full refund for half a tank of gas. The manager called me two days later, apologized for my negative experience and gave me the refund for the quarter tank of gas and apologized.Seven days later Enterprise had taken the refund back from my credit card. When I called Enterprise Langley again, they apologized, said that the head office processed the reversal without informing them and gave the refund back. Two days later, I receive a debt collection notice from Enterprise Holdings.When Enterprise has my credit card information, they violate the information by processing multiple refunds and reversals. It is an attempt to intimidate me because I had complained for the refund. If they had my credit card information and had rights to deduct money and put money back again, they would not need to send a collections notice to me at all.The notice clearly explains that they gave me an additional refund. Then, they say that I owe them the refund. They do not explain in the notice on the basis of what do I owe them the money. Enterprise is using their muscle to intimidate clients who have valid concerns or complaints against them. They pretend to care, process refunds and take the money back. Stay away from them or if for some reason you use their rentals, do not fill the full tank of gas ever when returning the vehicle.
