This location is horribly managed. After the new year, we started seeing more Indian employees. They have passion & make it right. The old school employees are rude, ignorant & incompetent.Time to look at a staffing change.Food tastes good, but poorly run. Most inconsistent Tim's in North Bay.

Sorry to leave this review but you have, by far, the rudest employees in the city. Honestly I've never been to a Tim Hortons with such rude employees. They'll crush your food and laugh about it, give you incorrect product and refuse to correct it. They don't even make an attempt to be polite or show even a modicum of customer service.Worst Timmy's in the city.

Today, my friend and I went there to dine in and for the entire time a loud bell or buzzer went off every 30 seconds. I asked an employee if this happens continuously and she said “it rings all day”. We couldn’t wait to leave but not before witnessing an employee climb up on a wobbly coffee machine and climb through the ceiling tiles, possibly to fix something. Should this not be considered a form of abuse to customers and employees, and a Health and Safety violation.

Quick trip through drive thru on my way to work. Experience wasn't the best as their speaker system wasn't working well making ordering difficult. I ordered the herb and garlic pastry however, received a jalapeño filled option that wasn't caught until I was already at work, leaving my tongue burning and a hungry tummy. Hoping experience wasn't typical and willing to try them.again

I am beyond disappointed with the way my family and I were treated tonight at this specific Tim Hortons location. After spending hours at the beach, myself my wife and my 9y.o. son decided to get something quick and easy from Tim’s for dinner, so as we walk in, I notice it’s completely empty and a younger kid walks up to the cash and asks what we’d like to order. My wife asks if we could get an everything bagel toasted.. and before she could even finish saying it he informs us that because it’s “so late” (probably not even 8pm at the time..) that they’re done serving “hot food” so, thinking that a bagel in a toaster wouldn’t necessarily be considered “hot food..” he again informs us that the toaster is unplugged. So almost completely defeated my wife try’s one more tactic, and asks for a plain bagel, with the cream cheese on the side in a hopeful tone believing that would be easy for the employee and easy for us too! He then says (EXACT WORDS GE SPOKE TO US..) “well, all of the knives & cutlery are clean and put away already..” Umm I’m sorry WHAT?! That was the moment I couldn’t hold back anymore. It was made obvious right then and there this young man was literally doing everything in his power to avoid working at all costs, no matter if he was driving customers away while doing it or not I believe he did not give a rats@$$ to be blunt. I spoke my mind and we went to the grocery store instead.I am still baffled by this interaction and almost feel as though it was a dream, but no, it absolutely happened and it also happened to my son who wanted nothing more than a bagel. Deprived a child of food because you’re a lazy pos. Anyway, just needed to vent. I hope karma works her magic and he gets a taste of his own medicine eventually, until then I’m staying away from Tim Hortons on Trout Lake.

Went through drive thru and ordered a bbq chicken bowl, waited a few minutes at window, then heard an employee say that it will be another minute and a half until the rice is ready. I offered to pull in the parking lot and wait and they can bring it out when it’s ready, at first they said no, then asked me if I could just come inside, so I did. It took 24 minutes from the time I ordered until I had the bowl in my hand. Not impressed.

I love Tim Hortons but hate the Trout Lake location. We've gone there daily for the last 6 years The waits are consistently long (15-30min drive-thru). The service inside is no better. If you order online you roll the dice. It will either be fast or they will completely forget about your order and you'll be forced to wait 5-15 minutes while they make it making the app and mobile ordering completely useless. If you order something and they don't have it they'll just subsitute it with a lesser, cheaper, product without telling you until you're at the window and/or already paid. Egg shells in your food, sure why not! All of that being said, the employees seem over worked, under paid, and completely burnt out. However, the last 3 times I've gone I can't even drink the coffee because it's just coffee grounds (3 consecutive days). Go somewhere else. Avoid the Trout Lake Tim Hortons, actually avoid the Tim Hortons locations owned by this owner all together. The bar isn't set very high for Tim Hortons but some how this location consistently fails to meet the already low standards.

I come to this tim Hortons regularly because I work in the area, it is always slow, I’ve waited 45 mins for a drive through order and when you get through the window ladies are usually rude, the bathrooms are disgusting , mold under the air dryer on the floor , no soap in the dispenser and yesterday dirty toilet paper on the sink which was not cleaned up when I went in today, unfortunately I will not be returning to this location in North Bay!

It's a good location as far as Tim Hortons go, the 3 stars is from the inconsistency with the food. Sometimes the wedges are hard as rocks or under cooked, or they make you the wrong thing. I'd venture an average of 1 in 10 times they'll make a mistake. The staff are very friendly though, and often fix your order if you go in. The lines can be very large though.

Ordered and charged for an XL 2 cream recieved a large, ordered a London fog and received a cup of milk with a tea bag. Absolutely disgusting. For being as busy as this location is you can do better. Very disappointing
