The manager himself picked us up from the dealership. He was very personable and professional. The car was great! Plus they let us leave the car back at the dealership rather than having to drive it back to their lot which was very convenient for us. I would recommend them.

The manager Yevhenii treated my wife with some compassion after she just had a auto accident coming into Kamloops on #1 highway. She was naturally very stressed and he made getting a rental car for her very easy. The following morning Yev and Abhi both came and helped her unlock the car after the steering wheel interlock had jammed. When we returned the car Abhi treated us very very well. We highly recommend dealing with this franchise thank you Yev and Abhi.

I had a family emergency that required me to rent a car. Not only was Sam accommodating of my particular requests he and the rest of the staff were extremely compassionate and understanding. Heck, I even forgot some personal items at the location when I picked up the car and they were kind enough to secure them somewhere and return them to me when I brought the car back. Fantastic people, can't say enough good things about the staff here.

Car was 3 hours late for pick up. They gave me a lower class vehicle than I booked and tried to charge me an extra hour. When I dropped the car off the gentleman told me it would need detailing for pet hair that was not ours and it would be at least $150. I took it to a car wash and vacuumed it so didn't get the extra charge. These guys didn't seem particularly trustworthy.

My wife and I planned to move away from Kamloops at the end of June. We booked a moving truck with a different company nearly 2 months in advance only to have them accidentally give our truck to the wrong person on moving day.Out of desperation, I called every other moving company in Kamloops and the surrounding area. Being the end of the month, there was nothing available. Sufal at Enterprise mentioned that he would get back to me and help me out if there was a cancellation. Luckily for me, a truck became available and we were able to get loaded and moved very last minute!Sufal was there when I picked up and when I dropped the truck off. He called me shortly after pickup to ensure everything met my needs. He provided very good customer service.The truck was similar to other moving trucks I had rented although it was cleaner/newer. The one thing I would advise others of is that the trucks require a somewhat tall padlock - this is a good thing to pick up before starting your move.This was my first experience with Enterprise in Kamloops but I would definitely use their service again.

Very professional staff, i have rented chevolet due to unavailability they upgraded to nissan altima.. car was super and service is awesome by both staff during in/out. All bussiness required this kind of staff. Awesome

I recently rented from here on two separate occasions within a few weeks of each other. Both times was easy pick-up first thing in the morning and drop off was fine.Sam checked me in on my most recent visit and was excellent. Gave us a selection of vehicles to choose from. Same thing on my previous visit as well, although I can't recall the gentlemen's name at this point.All in all, a satisfied customer!

When entering a place of business, one would anticipate encountering a clean and clutter-free environment. Unfortunately, in this specific location, there was a substantial amount of garbage scattered about, which was rather unattractive and unpleasant. Regardless of the surrounding area's condition, whether it is favorable or unfavorable, it should never prioritize over the appearance of the business.Enterprise has recently experienced a decline in the quality of their vehicles. Upon booking a car rental online, we were informed that we would receive a small compact vehicle. Although one was indeed offered to us, it appeared unsuitable for rental due to evident damage. It is highly important for the company to provide customers with presentable vehicles, free from noticeable damage. This is crucial as the rental company may not be aware of the purpose behind the rental, which could potentially involve special events like weddings. Naturally, customers wouldn't want to transport guests in a vehicle that appears beat-up. Moreover, considering the price customers pay to rent from Enterprise, they should rightly expect to receive a decent vehicle. As a result, we kindly requested a different vehicle after being presented with one in less than ideal condition. Fortunately, despite it being the only available option at the time, the second vehicle was in better shape, albeit with a few scratches. On a positive note, this compact vehicle proved to be highly fuel-efficient as we traveled over 900 kms. Remarkably, the total cost for fuel amounted to just $124.00. However, moving forward, we are inclined to choose another company for our future rentals. It is crucial to acknowledge that by renting from them, we are extending a favor to the company rather than the other way around.The staff at Enterprise present themselves professionally, and we have always held them in high regard. They are genuinely happy to assist you. However, regrettably, the professionalism does not extend to the rental vehicles.Please note that this comment is not limited to a specific location. Our observations are based on our experiences from various locations over the years. Unfortunately, we have made the decision to take our business elsewhere.

all the staff are awesome, Hamid did a great job he is very familiar with cars and he knows exactly what you looking for. Also, I got excellent customer service from him.
