I purchased a hot tub for my Autistic son today got it home realized I needed water delivered. I found them on google they answered and literally came out immediately to fill it! Price was amazing he was extremely professional. If your in need of having water delivered call them!!

Even though they had a truck break down after I put an order in, Tammy kept me in the loop over a few days and was very professional. She even called and offered to have Jason deliver at 8pm on a Sunday night after the truck was up and running. I was not available for that but the next day, I had my delivery. The water was beautifully clean. Jason was friendly to chat with and you could tell he'd been working his butt off. Nice people and we will be using them again in the future.

Jason and Tammy responded the same day within minutes to schedule my water delivery. Jason is always mindful of delivering water without damaging your property or landscaping. Showed up over 2.5 hours late for the appointment we had made a month in advance. Told us the truck would haul 3300 gallons. Showed up with a smaller truck only hauling a little over 2000 gallons. Got mad when we asked for more water and told us to find someone else. This business gives zero cares about customer service. I’d give ZERO stars if I couldAnd by the reply I got I see you also like to lie. Didn’t have a set time? The set time was 11 am. Your partner even called at 930 am and CONFIRMED our 11am appointment. As for taking care of other customers first you flat out told us we were your only people on the list that day. So either you lied in the beginning or after. Probably both

Shout out to Jason and his crew from Dry Hill Water Haulers. This is the second year he has filled our and our neighbor’s pool, since taking over for Rob LaMarche. Very professional, responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced. If you are looking for pool water I highly recommend them. Web site recently updated with lots of specific information of the rates and services provided.

Every year we reach out to Jason to help us open our pool and to help keep us topped off over the summer! Not only is he a great guy who is super friendly but he is so easy to work with! I just send him a text to set up delivery and we are good to go! We have been a customer for three years and plan on keeping it that way!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!I have been trying to get water for two weeks. He has canceled several times. Actually didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know he wasn't coming, twice his truck broke down, then he was dealing with nasty rude Karens". Every time he canceled I was understanding
