George and his staff are so helpful. Bought a new bike here. They couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable and everything was just right and safe. George even delivered the bike to my home. They were kind enough to fix a second bike that I was told could not be fixed. AND, delivered that too. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Had an excellent experience with George and his team on a very busy day for the shop. We got exceptional service, were made to feel extremely welcome, and came away with a bike that was perfect for me. The team take care to ensure you have a bike that properly fits, rides to your style and suits your needs. Their knowledge is exceptional and despite how busy it was and the strange COVID-19 circumstances, I felt like I was talked through everything and provided the right information to make a big decision.

At rapid city cycle George and his team are awesome, they will help you with anything bike related you need. They are all honest. I have nothing bad to say about my experience with rapid city cycle. I would suggest if you have any biking needs to visit them since you won't be disappointed.I want to say I had taken my bike to liberty city to have it fixed so I could go riding( I left my bike outside for a year and broken derailed ), I had spent 500+ taxes on the repairs and other components. To have gotten my bike back with problems still... The chain would skip in every gear when any pressure was applied.So I decided to take it somewhere else, Since Liberty displayed they couldn't fix it. I took it too George at rapid city cycle where he was extremely helpful, he said for $500 he would have gave me all my options such as a new bike or cheaper options to fixing the bike. As I had sunk so much money into my bike he took the bike and started to looking for the problem. His awesome team quickly found the problem and then took it for a ride to make sure everything was smooth. Now I have my bike back better then ever.

Awesome place to shop! Wide range of bikes suitable for everyone and their needs. Staff is friendly and easy going, the owner George helped me pick out the bike that is best suited for me. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about when it comes to bikes. I would recommend Rapid City bikes to anyone looking for a great bike with awesome service.

Walked my dirty GT right through the front door, was met by the owner?, felt comfortable even though it was a little busy. Didn't have much of a selection for my' parts that I needed

George and the rest of the staff were amazing. Not only did they give me a free assessment on a used bike (that ended up being junk), but gave me an amazing deal on a new one. For the cherry on top they let me store the used bike upstairs until I pick it up later. Cannot recommend more for an honest repair, tune-up or new bike purchase! Thanks for everything!!!

I have been going to Rapid City Cycle for several years, always a great experience. They have a very large selection of bikes and accessories, in a couple of occasions they special order items for me and I got exactly what I wanted and reasonably price.George the owner has always recognize me and remember my name, always friendly and going out of his way to service me.Recently, I sent my best friend and his wife to see George because she was looking for a specific bike, a bike that she could be comfortable in, a bike that would not aggravate a previous automotive crash injury. After trying several bikes and several adjustment to the one she felt the most comfortable with, George and his mechanic were able to satisfy her needs.Not the first time I've sent my friends there and will not be the last.

Every single local bike-shop turned me down when I brought in my E-bike to be assembled. Not Rapid City Cycle! The owner, George told me he didn't have a single mechanic working at the store anymore because of COVID, but when I told him my situation he personally took the task upon himself to not only build my bike but walk me through every single step.I won't name the other stores that declined to help me but I can understand that it's not worth anyone's time to build an electric bike from an unknown manufacturer--especially now during this pandemic. So I really want to stress to everyone reading this review that you understand the magnitude of service and kindness that George and his wife gave me. He shared his knowledge and charged me next to nothing to service my bike.They're retiring and closing very soon, and I wish I found this place earlier. Thanks, Rapid City Cycle! I'll be commuting cities away to support this shop for my bike needs!

This is the place to buy a bicycle. Period. I bought one during this Covid-19 problem. Not only did the staff make me feel welcome but they gave me guidance towards what I'd like best. The owner personally delivered my bicycle to me and just wanted me to enjoy it. We talked at length about riding and I knew instantly that I'd never go anywhere else. Thanks, George! These people care. Btw, my bike rocks!
