I stopped in here to look at a wedding band for myself and my fiancé. I did not appreciate being treated like a nuisance for asking what kinds of bands they have nor that the representative seemed relieved when I thanked her for her time and left after only a couple of minutes.The staff here do not seem like they enjoy their jobs very much.It appears the low ratings for this particular location are deserved. I’m not quite sure how they remain in business with such poor customer service.

Great service, amazing care programs for you jewlery. Only reason it's not 5 star was got a deal on my wife's engament ring but wasn't given a deal for the band even with some sales going on.

Over the last few years I have spent thousands of dollars at this store on jewelry for my partner. I don't know what I am doing/what to look for but she likes the gifts. Helpful staff, easy transactions.My most recent purchase will likely be my last due to the relentless onslaught of marketing material I am getting hammered with. I declined to receive any correspondence whatsoever yet I find myself constantly unsubscribing to unsolicited spam from Michael Hill.

Friendly staffs and very helpful in finding a wedding band that would match my engagement ring even though we didnt purchase my engagement ring in their store and we are glad that they also have the ring band that my fiancé specifically looking for.Were very happy and looking forward to wearing them soon.Thank you Anna. I went in to the store after spending over an hour on the phone and trying to find someone to fix my grandsons bracelet. I explained my situation to Carol and she Bolted into action and not only got me the help I needed. She talked to the jewler and the regional manager. They not only fixed it while I waited but returned it to me smiling in a beautiful presentation box and stated “ no charge”. I was thrilled. They succeeded in making me look like a hero to one of the most important in my world!! These ppl went above and beyond!! Best service ever!!! Ty so much guys for all your help and amazing cx service!! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Purchased diamond ring and earings for my wife at Christmas time. After wearing earings for less than 1week, the back had broke on one of the earings. Anna the sales lady replaced the back. One week later the back and earing fell out and were lost. Called spoke to Sharon, she said they would do something to replace the earings. The next day I get a call from Anna, she tells me there store policy is to do nothing, and I'm out of luck. I even purchased the extra warranties. My opinion is they do not sell quality jewellery and will not be making any more purchases from Michael Hill. I am now wondering if a diamond falls out of her ring, if they will honour that. I will be replacing the earings at another jewellery store, hopefully better quality than I found here.

If I could give Michael Hill a negative 5 I would. Not leaving out DALE BENSON is a incredibly terrible district manager. They have just waisted months of my time like they were going to help me with an issue I had with a very cheap price of jewelry I purchased. Rav the store manager will lie and avoid you. Tell you one thing one day and change his mind. Won’t bother to call you.And the district manager is better yet! DALE BENSON cannot be bothered to call or return emails. Too good to pick up the phone I guess. So instead I had to try to work through Rav who could care less. Wow. Doesn’t take much to have a job these days.There are plenty of other jewelry stores in the Sherwood Park Mall. Choose one of them. You might get device and quality which means so much these days.If you want mass produced junk jewellery, you can waste your money at MICHAEL HILL. I am a local resident, and I will be sure to spread the good word.

We bought a ring for my wife, our 10 year anniversary. We bought it early spring of this year. Diamonds have fallen out of it 2x now. That issue is bad enough and not show good workmanship or quality. We have called several times and no one has called us back. It astounds me, how a company, in todays environment, deals with clients this way. The lack of interest in returning calls or helping resolve an issue with your product, is a sure way to kill your business.

Went in yesterday looking for a ring for my wife, everybody was busy so we ended up being helped by Jules ( Area Manager)... we spent several hours asking questions about different rings of all shape and prices. Jules is extremely knowledgeable and took us through every step without rushing. My wife found the one she wanted it...(it was a bit more than we wanted to spend) Jules gave us a fair deal, he also mentioned to us he would do a few repairs on my other rings and would help me out on the price... the next (today) I went in and I was helped by Ramona (Assistant Manager) super friendly and everything that Jules said the night before happened which I am really impressed by. We would be definitely coming back and we have already brought more jewellery today to get re-sized, re-coated and fixed in general. Very honest place sand super knowledgeable stuff . Thank you so much guys!!!
