I luv walking around and sitting in the sunshine having a coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Taking the grandson's fishing....it could use a few more sunny spots with a table as they only have one. Other than that. It's beautiful

If you're looking for an extremely short walk around a pond, then this would be fine. I don't find it much of an oasis, but it's perfectly suitable for spending 10-20 minutes on a stroll.

A small little lake that has a path that is easy to walk around the lake. A nice place to relax and watch the water feature. There is a parking lot in front off Treanor Ave or located behind off Ashley Place.

Underneath the willow’s on Ashley place side, there is a park bench. I love to sit there under the overhanging, willow branches around 10 in the morning and play music. It has great acoustics because of the Earth bank rising up behind you and the sound of the waterfall crashing all the time. Sometimes difficult to find parking directly across from the school. But better now.I noticed that all the parking areas were often full in the summer from construction workers. I called Langford City Hall and they put up atwo hour parking limit. I’ve noticed the same thing at Florence lake at the end and likewise, they responded by putting a two hour limit sign there. in one case, they did it within a month and another case it was less than two months. They have always been very responsive at Langford City Hall.PS-I noticed that someone said there is only the one place to sit at that concrete picnic table. Directly across the lake from there underneath the Willows is a park bench. not a picnic table just a park bench. ***These stairs down are quite dangerous and steep.

Nice little trail to walk

Not very big, easy walk around the lake. Watched people fishing today.

Lovely little lake i do running routes on. A sign says they added trout to the lake so people can fish, i think this is a great idea. I love seeing the baby ducks in the spring and feeding them oatmeal.

Peaceful lake with spraying fountains, bridges, walking trails, park benches, recreational fishing and lots of birds in the water and surrounding area. Easily accessed in the neighbourhood.
