Seems to always get my order wrong. I'm not directly blaming Tim Hortons here, but every time I go in there the workers are trying to get orders in the drive thru WAY too fast. Fast service is often good, but when you sacrifice accuracy for speed, mistakes happen. I often have to go back, go into the store and get my correct order I've been here about 5 or 6 times in the morning and they've only gotten my coffee order right once. The donut has been incorrect 3 of the times. Quality over quantity of orders people!

Every iced capp I get is just foam. Waste of money. If you’re particular about your drinks, I would recommend another location

Poor customer service; asked for four cheese bagel toasted with butter and cheddar cheese in it. Received burnt bagel. This has happened 3-4 times. Total waste of time and money.

Good experience most of the time but that employee Jill is the most robotic, passive aggressive person I've ever been served by. when I see her I turn away, she's so unpleasant. swear she owns the place.

I come here every time i get money. The staff are very kind and the few times my order got messed up id bring it to there attention and they would fix it. Even spilt a ice cap which was totaly my fault and they made me a new one well apologizing to me when it was my fault.

Overall pretty good. Kind workers (for the most part) it's a little cramped inside though. They surprisingly make iced capps the best (in my opinion)

Kate is probably the worst person to have at your store. Customers should not have their money aggressively thrown into their hand. She constantly throws attitude and shade. I don't know what she expected to be doing working at Tim hortons.

the largest issue that befalls this location is that the entire system and workflow begins to collapse due to new recruits.the food quality is heavily hit or miss, pastries are usually stale which can't be helped but it's rare to purchase one and have it be fresh.breakfast food items seem to be mildly burnt about one in every three items, but is still generally good.the space in the store is very cramped, and the location isn't wheelchair friendly whatsoever, and the door button on the inside of the store has been broken for months.the store does have a lot of nice and kind employees, and customer service is always good.my regular order is very consistently good quality, if your order is simple you'll likely rarely have issues at this location.overall it's an average tim hortons, a lot more chaotic than a lot of other locations, but that can't be helped at all with the volume of business at this location.when you take into account the sheer amount of constant traffic at this tims, 90 percent of the location's issues are pretty easily excusable.
