Wish I could give them like 10 stars!! My ipad was dead today when I woke up. Thought it was a problem with the battery, I tried to plugged it in and out for like an hour. Found out that the ipad could not be in charged. Went to a couple of phone repair stores, they all said there is a problem with the battery and I may change it, cost for that should be around 200$. I was in shock cause I just got this Ipad for 4 months and barely use it, so battery should not be a problem. Thanks God I have tried to the last store to see if they all will say the same thing. But no, I came to this Jump+ store, Chris and Dan, they just took 2 seconds to find out that it is not about the battery problem, I was just put my ipad on charged for long time so it just turned off by itself to protect the battery. Can you imagine all the other repair phone stores took 10 mins could not get the reason and just guess its about the battery and you will need to pay 200$ at least. But here, Chris and Dan, 2 seconds, cost nothing, they found out exactly my ipad problem. I was really happy. Thank you a lot for both of you!!! You guys did a great perfect job here thanks thanks
