Customer Service rating: 5/5The man I spoke with at JE demonstrated excellent customer service. I was searching for a specialty, 1/0 copper terminal which is commonly used by extreme car audio enthusiasts in the USA, and the owner went beyond expected customer service, inspecting and opening his wall stock in hopes of finding the specific part. AND, when he did not find the part, he apologized for the inconvenience. What a kind man.Though I did not make a purchase at this location, his etiquette is commendable. Hence, my rating applies solely to JE's customer service.Thank you!PS: a quick snapshot of what I'm working with below.

Had my new car stereo installed here and regret it. Went from fully functioning speakers to speakers that start cutting in and out. Went back and was told I had to buy all new speakers. They can't admit when they have damaged your sound system and try to force you to upgrade everything. Went to a different shop for repairs that didn't require a full replacement and completely over inflated price. Go elsewhere.

I’ve gone to Jiro a couple times now for a stereo install for my car and he did a great job both times. He is also very reasonable with prices and is very clean with wire placement as well. I can’t forget to mention how cool they are, very friendly and bubbly! I definitely recommend his services for any sort of repair on literally any type of electronic you own! He even fixed my amplifier because it flew across my car one day.

Called to see if they could install a Stereo I had he said bring it over and we will check it out. Take off work and he tells me it’s cheap and “could be” defective so just return it!!! I told him I had it installed already I just wasn’t sure if I had it correct. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

Excellent little shop. Super nice guy they fixed up my Paradigm sub amplifier and it works perfectly. Will use their services again

Took my high end subwoofer here after being quoted nearly $1000 through the manufacturer. These guys fixed it for under $300 and turned it around in less than a week.

They fixed my 12 powered sub really fast. The same day I took it in they called me saying what it needed. Most ppaces would just tell you that it need a whole new amp but they repaired the board on the amp and one day later it was done and spunds so good. Ive never had this work done before but the price seemed good."
