Flew Seair for the first time recently and found them to be excellent, friendly and quick check in both in Nanaimo and Vancouver, pilot was friendly and funny. The aircraft was comfortable. Will fly with Seair again for sure.

The quickest way to get to Vancouver from Nanaimo. 30 minutes and a beautiful view from 300' up in the air. Friendly staff and a very cool pilot!

Great service. Returns calls quickly. Returns emails faster than other companies. Flight went well. Free parking if under so many days. Great customer service. Pilot very helpful when asked questions. Free coffee offered but not as fancy as harbour air but their customer service makes up for that. OK prices. Flight times work well.

Another stress-free trip from Vancouver to Nanaimo (Departure Bay). Check in was simple. Staff are pleasant and respectful even to customers looking for the competing operators. Pilots are real people unlike some larger airlines where many pilots seem to have a prima donna attitude.

The lady at the desk is always amazing! Really wasn't in the mood for the ferry, so paid the extra:). They always make a good experience at Seair!

We make quite a few trips to Vancouver/Richmond. April has been extra crazy because of the free return flights and they handle it so well. Brian went above and beyond to get a parking spot for me, which was so appreciated. He was very busy, but took the time to move his car so I could have his space. One of the few companies that have not lost site of customer service! So refreshing. Chelsea is great at the front desk, always friendly and very helpful as well.

Wonderful experience. Flew Salt Spring Island return to Richmond. Delightful 20 minute flight. Crew meets you at both docks, stows your luggage and you're on your way. No waiting in a take off line up for the air traffic controller to say go. You're in the plane and you're off. The landing in Richmond is awesome. Slight bank to the left over the bridge and a nice easy water landing at the terminal. Will definitely choose Seair again!

I have logged over 2 million air miles on various airlines all over the world. I have been flying between Vancouver and Nanaimo for the last 5 years. Seaair are simply the best airline I have flown with, period. They really care about the customers.
