OK Tire

We were traveling back from NB to Victoria BC when we hit a curb and flattened two tires. We were stranded in the middle of the rain at midnight. We got our car towed here and visited the following morning. They promptly replaced both tires, and were exceedingly professional and friendly while doing so.The price was great and they didn't charge us for the front tyre rotation.I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your tyres!Thanks a lot guys!

Great place. Friendly also, but the staff could really do better. Had an appointment for 9:00am and they only got my car in 30 min after that. No excuse no explanation and this happen everytime. Other then that it's all good

I have been a customer at this location for years now. Their customer service and qualified mechanics just get better and better with time. I really appreciate that the mechanics always keep an eye out for things that might need to be looked at in the future. This practice has saved me a lot of money over the years because it gives me a chance to fix the small problems before they become big (and more expensive) problems. I'm a customer for life!

Coming from Quebec city and unfortunately had a flat tire. We came in at 11h with no appointment and we were done by 11h24. Amazing service by Colleen. Such a great women! 10/10 would recommend!

I would have given 3 stars but the 4th one is for the person whom I spoke with about the appointment. He understood my situation and tried to get an early appointment. I have mixed opinion about how other staffs treated me. Apart from that I liked the way they organised and I would recommend to try once.

I was so happy to use this place for my car repairs. The folks were really nice. Although, I spent a lot of money for the repairs, I am very satisfied with the work done. BEWARE! Deceptive practices, telling me my car was not driveable (it was, I drove there), offering to drive me home (creepy and once they have the vehicle, they have control), telling me no other shop in town could touch it for two to three weeks and when I politely declined leaving it with them; backpedaling on that and saying they could get it on the lift this afternoon.After they got it on the lift, trying to sell me a new rack and all new hoses for a gasket that needs replacement. When I asked to pay the front desk person literally slammed the door and when our back when I refused to have it ‘added to my quote’ for the new rack. So I paid $56 for $3 worth of power steering fluid but I dodged a huge bullet. Never trust a “garage” with razor wire around their parking lot, that’s for impound and that was their plan if I didn’t demand to pay that lift fee. I suspected it by the interactions I saw with other customers, but Slamming Door Lady was confirmation.

Amazing people here always happy to help or diagnose issues. Very friendly crew and have and would continue to recommend to anyone looking for reliable, affordable and quality service along. Been to a few garage’s including Alpine Motors and they’re excellent in comparison. Knowledgeable and friendly staff A++ for anyone!!

I was visiting from out of town when I needed some urgent tire service. This place was able to fit me in immediately, the technician fixed the problem quickly, and I was on my way inside of 20 minutes. I was not even charged for this small job!

I went to OK Tire for the first time on March 30th to use a gift certificate they donated to a local Saint John Charity's fundraiser auction. Their business was clean, easily accessible, tidy waiting area, staff were friendly and the service they provided was great. They even provided complimentary coffee from another locally owned business! I have booked my next appointment with them.
