We bought our home in 2016. A condition of closing was a new septic system. In the spring of 2017 we began having issues every now and then with high water alarms in our pump tank. The first person I called told me it was no big deal. I wish the first call I made had been to John. This spring was the worst yet and I finally hired him to try and determine what was wrong. He quickly diagnosed a number of serious problems, working in the evenings, and over his lunch to make the repairs. John is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I know that if I ever have any issues with my septic again, or need to hire out any work that Complete Septic Services offers, I will call John with confidence.
