I just need to warn other shoppers that they will not do a REFUND. Even when the items have tags and you have the receipt. They will only do STORE CREDIT. And they only go upto and XL. Please be warned when shopping.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - Ordered some shoes online, which were too small- beware, their sizing is very inconsistent. Went to the mall to return them, was told they couldn’t be returned and apparently’I got a good deal’ on them (what’s the use if they aren’t my size???). They will make up reasons for why these are not returnable. Maybe their store stats go down if they accept returns. Never buying here again.

Awful, terrible, staff do not know policies for return or exchange. Manager is argumentive and rude. I'm stuck with damaged purchase and $40 wasted. I don't know anybody who can just throw away $40 nowadays???. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like plague. They don’t have any concept of customer service - all they want is sell their cheap quality products and if you don’t like the product - they don’t refund (even if it’s not used at all).Even worse, if you lose your receipt, they refuse to provide store credit or exchange.Will never ever shop at this trashy place - cheap product and cheap customer service!

Extremely rude employers and non existent customer service. Also very bad return policy in place that doesn't allow you even to exchange after 2 weeks. The cashiers pretend to be the managers all the time and not willing to help you with any issue you have. The attitude they have its very disrespectful and is the worst i had in a store by far. Its clear that taking more money from you its their only concern.

I often go to this place for shopping since I moved to canada. But today, like just now, after I paid for my shopping I forgot my wallet at the cash counter and later realized that I was missing my wallet. When I went back to check with this store cash counter girl who made my bill, she was waiting for me to come back and pick it up….. I can’t thank her enough for what she did. Her name is Sara, she was the cashier at the lime ridge urban planet store @urbanplanet, never lose her ever, she is very loyal to her customers and trustworthy too. ❤️❤️ I had all my cash and cards in that, but thanks to her I found it.

It is two floors like the previous store that was there. It has a large selection of clothing for women and men. The prices are great.

This is my second bad experience in the limeridge mall locationI had previously been in the store that same day to do a return and was told by the employee who served me to come back for the rest of my itemsWith only 2 cashiers working and a long line up I had to wait 20 min in the line just to be told by the person serving me that she can’t do store credit and I had to wait again in the line for another cashierAnother 10 min waiting again I am told that the receipt that I was given from the exchange doesn’t make sense. Like what !?I kept on insisting to call the girl who had done the previous exchange so she could explain what she did to the receipt but no one listened of courseThen the manager comes with a really disgusting attitude telling me to calm down instead of listening to my problem and solving the matter.She shouldn’t be working there cuz even the security guard said that this has happened before as well with this particular managerPoor costumer service like wow

Good for what it is. I wouldn't expect amazing stuff but if you need common apparel and don't mind looking at clearances items you'll find something you like.

Large two level location with a wide variety of items. They often have good deals that vary weekly. Sales staff were helpful in explaining different jean styles and answering sizing questions. Sometimes the shoe section is messy during the end of the day and it's hard to locate items.
