Having checked into the hotel after driving from Montreal we just wanted to take the easy way out and eat here. When we were received we were told that there was no table available but one would be available on 20 minutes. No problem, so we go back in 20 minutes and no table was available. But there clearly were tables and seats at the bar. So we abandoned Pacini and went in search of a meal elsewhere. The attitude of the guy who dealt with us sucked. If you don't have a table, that's ok and just say so but if you want to work in a service industry at least try to provide some semblance of service.

Really disappointed & dissatisfied. It cost SO much for 2 drinks (which were gross and tasted like hand cleaner) and two small portions (that we had to return because they had put cheese in it when I asked about three times not to just to make sure.) It cost 85 for only that!! No starters nothing! The food was bleh but eatable. Highlight is the server was super sweet and understanding and she came by often to make sure everything was alright! She was a sweetheart! But highly disappointed with the rest and 100% DO NOT recommend at all.

Honestly, this was the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten and we had brutally terrible service. I never give bad reviews because its generally not worth my time but if I can save one person the headache of going to this terrible establishment, it’s worth it. Please, save your money, don’t eat here.

Very nice restaurant, one of the better Pacini franchises we’ve been to. Convenient to local hotels and right near the water.We had very nice staff and the food was amazing. We had a booth with privacy and comfortable seating. As usual, the unlimited bread bar is yummy.

I had an exceptional breakfast experience, where the service and attentiveness of the staff truly impressed me. The highlight of the breakfast was the option to toast a variety of bread to perfection, allowing me to savour the delightful flavours and textures that emerged from this process. The breakfast itself was impeccable, showcasing the establishment's culinary expertise. I left the restaurant completely satisfied, grateful for the excellent service and the opportunity to enjoy perfectly toasted bread that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my meal.

Really too expensive for what you get. Food is acceptable but I don't go there often because of the price. Far from best bang for the buck. You get a lot better from trained chefs at basically the same price

My dish was so good and filling I ended up not being able to finish it, brought it home, and was as good as on the table, which was d i v i n e.The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our waiter, Jerome; was incredibly courteous and kind.Definitely one of my most favorite dining experiences ever.

Service was good and provided with a smile.However what we were given did not, by any stretch of the imagination, qualify as « food » except if it had been served by an overworked, ill and hungover parent trying to make sure their kid got at least a few calories at lunch. The garlic bread (which was clearly store bought villagio) was as cold as it gets and had clearly not been heated up (looked like it was directly taken out of the plastic bag). Each slice came with a tablespoon-wide stain of melted garlic butter/oil on it. The pizzas’ crust/dough were barely cooked, and the different types of « cheeses » could not be tasted at all, a slap of unsalted sour cream (bad unflavoured yogurt?) would have given the same result. For $21/pizza before taxes and tips the portions were ridiculous. Looked more like a starter, and tasted worse than a $5 frozen pizza.We went to this « restaurant » only because after a long day of driving, we did not feel like going out anywhere and we were staying at Le Navigateur. The person who welcomed us at the hotel told us that as the hotel was full we had to book a table if we wanted to have any chance at being able to eat there…. However, the place was entirely empty. Not more than 4 person in the whole restaurant… people seem to know despite the average google reviews.Indeed most if not all good reviews of the « restaurant » relate to breakfasts/brunches, maybe those are decent. None of us would ever dare to try.

The only good thing about this place is the service, very friendly, polite you name it but we sat down and ordered a starters and main course and we waited, and waited, and waited a long time, we asked what wad hapening and our plate came around 2h15 later (they forgot about us, how nice) my fries were so soft and soggy not much flavor and the steak was so burnt and cold at the same time it was uneatable. I ofc didnt want to wait another 1 or 2h for them to make me another steak so we just left, with a bill of 90$ for a burnt steak and soggy fries (and some drink)It is also very expensive for what you actually get
