This is the 3rd time I have gone in and had the lady be totally rude.i there was 2 tubs sitting empty in the Gelato case and just asked if she had any more of that flavour and her answer was if I had more I would have put it out "

First of all I love Port Perry!! Place I would love to stay when I am in my late 40’s early 50’s!! Here I found a very sweet, sweet shop. Girls managing the store when I visited were nice, polite, knowledgeable and most important welcoming. If you are visiting Port Perry do visit this place.

I very highly recommend The Nutty Chocolatier in Port Perry! I have been using them for my clients closing gifts and am very happy; may have even picked up a few yummy treats to enjoy myself. The staff is excellent and very easy to deal with; and the product they put together for my clients always leads to a big Thank You for such an amazing gift. They are happy to also incorporate my own things in there too; which is very helpful; and, they have been understanding on deliveries and timelines. If you have not checked out their shop; you are missing out; very kewl!I look forward to enjoying a long relationship with them in the future!

Absolutly massive amounts of chocolate and candy, so much to choose from and chocolate you can't find anywhere else. They also have ice cream!

The Nutty Chocolatier is a gem in PORT PERRY and I am always happy to buy local... and I will always support this institution of 'Port'. But the woman, now on two occasions has been a piece of work. How can someone working with sweets be so sour? She does not represent the business in the manner that it deserves- just miserable!

Tonight my family and I went to get ice cream at the Port Perry location and we’re met with a rude, disrespectful and condescending woman. We simply asked a question about a certain flavour of ice cream they had and the description said it included bubblegum - she then proceeded to rudely tell us it doesn’t have bubblegum. I asked (to clarify) why the description says it does, as I don’t want my children (3 and 6) having it, she proceeded to rudely tell me “I know it says that but it doesn’t”. This is the third time I have had a negative interaction with this woman. Very disappointing that a place I’ve gone to for over 30 years has someone working there who treats customers like this, especially when children are present. VERY disappointing.
