Excellent and super service. My coffee machine was jammed due to wrong grain size and staff was very helpful to diagnose and fix the issue. Very courteous.

Stay away, i had to bring my Jura machine 3 times back and forth for the same issue , after paying 450$ for the repair.2-3 months later i get the same issue with the machine.Never Again.

We went there 2 times for leaking problem, theyCharged 200dollars for 2nd degree service, but never fix it. We can still find a lot of water leaks from the machine. More ridiculous, they even can't find where the water comes from.

Amazing service from staff. Very accommodating, friendly and personable. I bought two Jura E6’s here. The first time I came in to the store to test drive the machines, I was there for a few hours before I finally figured out which one was best. When I came back months later to buy the second one the girl remembered me!

Anybody looking for an espresso machine you need to go to Edika Imports on Boul.St-Laurent.Jura Machines are excellent better than Saeco & Delonghi.I’m very happy with my Jura S8 and it also came with the milk cool control.

Honestly, the worst product in my house by a mile. I have no complaints with regard to the retailer or the level of service afterwards. My review is based on the product alone. It was problematic from day one and has continued to degrade in performance and reliability over the 2+ years Ive owned it. I will not buy another Jura that is for sure. The service centre was professional and knowledgeable, but 275$ to fix a coffee machine that never performed as it should have...Ill move on! Model Type 681

Awesome coffee Machine! Jura is the Rolex in the Coffee industry as a home espresso based beverages! Latte Machiatto is a Delight! Awesome service, big thank you to Joffrey, super pro!As a former Barista will say Defently worth to put money on the side and get a Jura!

There is a coffe shop advertised here, their employees are not happy when we arrived asking for coffee, there are only “machines” client service needs to be improve
