As always, our retreat group must have the cinnamon buns! We were sad though that there is no more breakfast poutine. Lol.

My husband and I were out for a drive yesterday and decided to go and drive through Alix. Went to the Sweet Crumbs Bakery and picked up a couple of things. Brought home a cheese and bacon bun also a maple pecan bun. They were huge and worth every penny. You could really taste the homemade. Highly recommend this place.

A truly pleasant little place, with a very nice owner and a variety of good food! I had a phenomenal pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich!

Excellent food and service. Such a cute little place — glad we stopped here in between hockey tournament games instead of heading back into Lacombe and relying on some chain for lunch.
