Called multiple stores london drugs etc.. all booked for well over a week. Neo got me in with in and within hours had me out there door all problems solved. Super friendly and helpful and reasonably priced. He will be doing all future repairs for me

I never thought I would find somebody as personable, prompt, affordable and knowledgeable as Nehemiah when it comes to handling the host of computer issues I throw his way every few weeks. Nobody lowers my blood pressure more when dealing with computer problems!

I am a computer hobbyist who has the knowledge but not the parts I needed to troubleshoot a dead machine - Neo dealt it with it quickly and professionally. He also made my machine look like a million bucks; its never been prettier just in terms of general cleanup and cable management, and has extended on going customer support while we deal with the problem properly, as initially we just tackled my problem with speed in mind. A very solid experience all around.
