Yellow London Taxi

My experience with Yellow taxi was excellent. The driver was professional and courteous. He helped with my bags. The car was clean. The driver used GPS to ensure the fastest route to my destination. I recommend this service confidentiality.

I ordered a cab with the app. He was on time. The driver was not friendly or polite. It was a short drive and the driver didn't even say goodbye. I will not be booking this cab service anymore and save my money for a service that enjoys having me as a paying costumer. I have deleted the app!

I use yellow taxi daily to get to work. Usually the drivers are good, there's two that i absolutely love! They are so polite and talk to you. My main problem is the tablets. The drivers often mess around with them while driving. It makes me anxious. Just watch the road! Also a lot of the time the drivers try to talk to me, and i see they've got a phone call going. Dont talk to me, with your friend on the phone. Just hang up and call back when youre alone.. I just hate that.But the tablet thing really bothers me.

Had LCBO call me a taxi. Was kicked out of car 719 because I only had debit. Demanded money up want $50 up front said he'd refund what I didn't use. It would have taken days to get my refund though the bank. Flagged down another car I think it was 725 he took my debit no problem. I drove a cab for 15 years never treated anyone like this.

Frustrating when a person is given a used phone number and the previous user skipped out on paying his cabs so cabs weren't sent. When your number is on the naughty list... A person needs Ms. Claus to sort it all out. She did, it is, and service is fast on arrival. They help this disabled gen X and are always curious. Courteous. Everyone drives a Toyota Camry. That can't hold a medium coffee. FFS. I must drive them mad with an open window, rambling on, MASK UP!

Went to and from the concert this past weekend, used this taxi service. Both drivers were professional and courteous. They drove us safely, and the vehicles were clean. No concerns, and would recommend their service!

Just now (A little before 9pm) I called a cab for my blind, homeless sister since it is currently -16 outside (edit: and got much colder) and my family who had space for her wanted to bring her in for the night. The cab stopped and waited for me after I waved them down, but when I turned to grab my sister's things he sped off. I called the cab company and the dispatcher suggested the car driver might have had a bad experience with her before. She had her body including her face covered with a blanket that our mom had just given her an hour ago and he couldn't have seen who she was. He just saw the class of person she was. The dispatcher then told me it's their right to discriminate for any reason under provincial and federal law. Then he said if I have a problem with it then he will discriminate against me too an I will furthermore be denied service before he hung up. I just want to know if these are the true values this company holds.It's downright appalling if this is true. Luckily, u-need-a was more than happy to take her to a safe, warm place.
