Wow, this session exceeded all expectations! I had a list of six problems that needed addressing from network, to applications, to drivers, to security. Ian worked through them all with speed and more importantly an educational narrative so I could follow what was happening and pick up a number for functions I can now myself. His fee is professional and very reasonable. He resolved every single problem in a one hour session. I'm so impressed.

I have used this service since 2004. Back then I had a small business with 6 workstations and many networking, protection, back-up scheduling and other IT concerns. Now I continue to call on Ian for assistance with each new personal laptop purchase (virus protection, advice, set-up, clean-up). Every visit has been very professional (always on time for appointments and bills what he quotes) and a very good value (tonnes of good advice and gets right down to business). I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

He definitely exceeded our expectations as he was able to help put a plan in place and work through a checklist until all of our issues were sorted out. Ian has been our IT Guy" for several years and we have always been very pleased with his efficient and effective work on our home computers. We were especially pleased when he transferred several years worth of 1990s era videocam footage to CD format.When we read about Ian's new Home Internet and TV Consultation we asked him over to see if he could streamline our service and get a better rate from our Service Provider.
