Sunglass Hut

You can't go wrong with this place. I definitely recommend this location because of the incredible service that Gavin and Cia offer. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and jump at every chance to help you. I live by another Sunglass Hut location (Metrotown) but the experience between the two stores has been night and day. I am happy to make the drive because I know Gavin and Cia will make sure I am well looked after!

Came in because my friend wanted to look for a new pair of sunglasses during their boxing week sales. Place was pretty busy and just browsed around until we me Kyle. Dude was super nice, helpful, and patient with my friend. Just talked to us like a real person after what I can only imagine being a long day and offered very constructive feedback with glasses. Made me actually buy a pair myself even though I wasn't looking and he made sure that we took advantage of the sale to the best we could which was awesome. Definitely worth the time shopping here if Kyle is around

If you run a retail store and hire staff that doesn't want to provide customer service then might as well just close the shop! Very rude sales rep Sebestian. Terrible attitude - does not help and when you ask he gives you an attitude.

The staff was great. When I found the Rayban sunglasses I was looking for, at the store I searched them on the Sunglass Hut website and as they were just put on sale, the store matched the online pricing.

My mom was looking for Oakley sunglasses after her old ones broke. Josiah took the time to explain the difference between the types of lenses (normal, polarized, and prizm). My mom can be a bit indecisive and kept asking him questions. He was super patient, even when we were taking a bit of time to check the glasses before buying. She ended up with two pairs on sale. Great customer service! :)

I would like to highlight the encounter I had with a salesperson this morning whose name, unfortunately, I do not know. The interaction was unpleasant from the very beginning, as they displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Despite my attempts to seek assistance and ask questions about the products, the salesperson appeared disinterested and provided minimal information, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected as a customer.The salesperson’s tone was consistently rude and condescending, making the overall experience extremely unpleasant.Note gone visit this place again.

Gavin is super rude probably the manager, went there for mothers day & every pair my daughter touched he would be there saying tell her not to grab them. The whole point was I wanted my daughter to pick a pair for her mom, and he ruined it. We bought a pair as didnt have time to goto another place but he sure was painful to deal with. If I had time Id go elsewhere. And the glasses are 20% off on their website but they charged me full price!Btw my kid didnt drop them and she just touched them thats all and grabbed them from the bridge/middle, wearing glasses for most my life I know thats the best place as grabbing by temple/arms warps the frame.On a side note he ran the place like a slave driver sending cooworkers on eachother telling them their break time is up and not doing it himself. Completely rude, hates kids and is racist too looking at other reviews.

Non existent customer service. Was not even helped by one customer service associate while looking around for over 15 min, when I found a pair of glasses I wanted to purchase, waited another 10 minutes in line (1 cashier open), where the sales lady brought her customer over to budge in front of me without even acknowledging my presence and that I had been waiting for over 10 min. Left and took my business elsewhere
