Valley Pharmacy Chilliwack

After needing a local compound pharmacy, I was thrilled to find Valley Pharmacy when they first opened. The customer service is incredible. Every person working there is friendly, helpful, punctual and efficient. I've occasionally missed getting prescriptions renewed with my doctor and Valley Pharmacy saves me an additional doctor's appointment by faxing a prescription refill request, filling the order as soon as it's returned, and calling me when it's complete. They have even rushed my compounded medications when it's slipped my mind to order more in advance.I deal with a large, chain pharmacy for another family members medication, but there is absolutely no comparison between the level of service between them and Valley Pharmacy. I've waited on hold with the chain pharmacy for 45 minutes to get them to fill a faxed prescription from our doctor! Valley Pharmacy has treated me so well over the years, even though we moved to the opposite side of Chilliwack, I still make the 20 minute trip each way to get my medications and advice from them.Big thumbs up and a shout out to Chris who compounds my medications! Thanks for taking care of me and my family!

What a fantastic pharmacy. This team has gone above and beyond for me several times. The big chain pharmacies have really lost their compassion and customer service. Valley Pharmacy will always get my families business.

Valley Pharmacy feels like family. The staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. They answered all my questions and even managed to save me a few bucks when picking up. Overall, great experience and highly recommend for all your pharmaceutical needs.

I had incredibly bad luck with a neighbouring pharmacy over the course of six months. I finally made the switch to Valley and could not be more pleased. The wonderful staff member who assisted me took the time to listen and I finally felt that someone other than me valued my needs.

I have used Valley Pharmacy since it opened. Actually I moved my business from another pharmacy because of Chris, the pharmacist. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is. And Valley Pharmacy does compounding prescriptions for me and the service is caring and superb. Try them, you will be pleasantly surprised.

The pharmacist here is so nice. Booked me in for a walk in clinic phone call which came in 5 minutes later! Dr karen was thorough and so helpful. Thankyou to all for a great job!
