HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE JEWELRY COUNTER.. lady is completely disrespectful I come in trying ti get my bracelet fixed and my necklace engraved and this lady is persistent on getting me to sell my jewelry for very very low price when I didn't even want to sell in first place as my stuff is BRAND NEW! FROM A REAL JEWELRY STORE! WITH REAL PASSIONATE JEWLERS.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVIVE OVER AT PEOPLES JEWELRY.I do not recommend ever bringing in your jewelry to this place. This woman is beyond disrespectful and ignorant. She should not be working with the public. I Will never ever come back to this store for anything. And I will be sure to pass this along to everyone I know so they do not shop or ever come into your store either..THANKSSSSS FOR THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..

This is a family run business run by the parents and (adult) children, and a great staff. Everyone is very knowledgable and professional. These people truly care if the items they’re selling work properly and are priced correctly. They have a jewelry counter, guitars, work tools, video games, and much more. If you need to sell something you don’t need anymore bring it to these guys. They won’t let you down.

everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful, but Michael always goes above and beyond in every transaction. He’s always super happy and energetic, kind, and understanding. Some of the staff are great, but they damaged my gold pendant with acid. All they did to fix" it was polish it off. Now I have to go pay to get it restored. Not to mention they scratched the FRONT of the pendant rather than the back.I would not recommend anyone take their jewelery here."
