Jardine's Domaine

Not a bad store, staff are nice. They lack some variety, big focus on boho chic" and everything seems fairly similar. Would love a store like this to bring some more style

In this day and age many people seek out small businesses to support. It is very difficult to shop at Jardines Domaine unless you can go there in person. Their website does not provide shoppers with enough information about the product i.e. size measurements or reviews from other customers. So you buy online, receive the item and it doesn't fit or look at all like the images online. They not only charge for shipping the product but also to return it. Then on top of that they only provide you with a credit.... so in the end you lose quite a bit of money in your credit just to ship their products. Would highly recommend that you start putting sizing guidelines so people can make informed decisions of whether costly items will fit them. Not to mention, stuff is quite over priced.Overall, not a great experience. Won't buy again from them once the credit is gone.

Bought a bag, it was deformed. I couldn't get a refund when I returned it due to store policy". Had to wait for 3 months for a new collection of bags to arrive so I could replace it. I would have purchased clothing but they are not size inclusive."

I used to love Jardines; however, the quality of inventory seems to have drastically declined. On my last visit, I noticed several garments had noticeable defects (tears, frays, etc.) namely, the Jardine’s brand chiffon maxi dress. Having to look through garments that were literally falling apart was extremely off putting, especially considering the defects were not noted and the discount did not reflect the quality of the item.

My favourite clothing store in Kamloops. I've been coming here for years to get nice, high quality dress shirts or other clothing items. Always very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Not a huge men's section, but well curated.

One of (if not my favourite!) clothing shops in town! Always coming out with new collections and having the latest fashions trends available! Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Anthony is awesome. Ginger and the rest of the staff are lovely and always accommodating. I have bought my most lovely pieces from Jardines and they have not only lasted through the years but the style is classic and timeless!
