Need a guy handyman services

Todd came and did some work for me recently (he installed new ceiling light, outlet and light switches along with 2 outdoor light fixtures). He showed up on time with all necessary tools and completed the work quickly. He cleaned up afterward, was respectful of my home and charged a very reasonable price. Will definitely have him back to do other work. Thanks Todd!

Todd's amazing. We messaged him with a request to do our kitchen backsplash and he responded within an hour. He did a preliminary survey of our backsplash and gave us all the tips we needed to be cost effective and to ensure the project will go quickly/smoothly, and proceeded to pencil us into his schedule.A week after I locked in a date I asked if he was able to push us up by a week and he was very accommodating. He also wasn't given the best wall to work with to install the tiles on, but he was still able to make it look amazing. Super respectful when it came to making noise as well.His rate for the project was great, he was always professional and he was never pushy with anything. He's very much worth hiring for your home projects. Go give him a ring and keep this man busy!

I’m a single mom and was looking for a handyman to help with a few things in a bathroom in my house. Todd had great reviews and now I can see why! He was very responsive, on time, professional and showed me how to fix things! You can tell he really cares about his clients and genuinely wanted to help me understand how to fix things, so that I could save money down the road. 10/10 and I plan to use him for all future renovations as well :)

Todd was amazing, my family was going through a difficult time and he was able to come in and save the day with tiling our kitchen backsplash & installing our range hood. Todd over at Need-a-Guy guy did a phenomenal job installing my custom home address. This installation was too involved for someone like me, and I generally prefer to make only the necessary holes when installing something.Todd came out and created a template, then was able to install it.Very honest, kept to the original quoted price despite this installation being more complex than initially thought.

We hired Todd to tile our bathroom based on his reviews and we were not disappointed! Todd was punctual, friendly, hard-working, and didn't mind me watching over him to learn how it was done. He was happy to teach me some things as he went along and offered lots of helpful answers to all my questions. The work performed was impeccable, timely and reasonably priced. There’s a reason Todd has a pure 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He is kind, honest and good at what he does, and that’s just a hat-trick that is so hard to find when it comes to working with someone to repair or build your home. I was eyeing a refinished dresser turned into vanity, that was vintage and brought me great joy, but I thought I couldn’t buy it because I had no one I knew to help me install it. The back of the dresser and the drawers would have to cut to allow space for the pipes. The repairs to the tile and drywall would have to be done if the old vanity was pulled out. Not to mention the plumbing, on a 35+ year old house. But I was referred to Todd and not only did he do a 10/10 job on the work done (I.e. clean and thorough), but he wasn’t there to rip me off. It was because of this that I was even able to afford to switch out the vanity, because I didn’t get charged an inflated amount that was beyond my budget. But even if the amount was higher, to work with someone you trust is rare, so he’s worth every penny. Love my bathroom!

Todd was the only contractor who could solve - and fix - the mystery of where our dryer vented to in our house. If you can believe it, this 20 year old house (which we have lived in for 6 years as the second owners) did not have the dryer venting to the outside. We had the ducts cleaned and were told it must be venting into the wall or the roof, because there was no vent hole on the outside of our house!! I called many roofing and hvac contractors and no one wanted to do this small, but necessary, job. Todd came to my house and used a geothermal device on his phone, and a tiny camera on a hose, to determine where the dryer was venting. Then he cut a hole in the ceiling of the broom closet and voila, 20 years of dryer lint came out, so gross!! Then Todd came back to do the big job of repairing this, so we didn't have to stick the hose out the window every time we wanted to use the dryer (our temporary fix until Todd could come back). He cut a hole in our brick and cut the ceiling of the broom closet to install the dryer vent properly so it connected to the exterior wall... and now it vents outside properly.. the way all other houses are supposed to be built, except ours. He made sure to have all the proper tools and materials to do the job right. He was efficient, clean, professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do so I understood the problem and how he was going to fix it. And his price, it was so reasonable!! I almost didn't want to write this review and share the best kept secret in our Queen's Common neighbourhood. If you need a good contractor for small jobs (but no big bathroom renos, lol)... Todd is your guy!!

Todd’s work is fantastic and he’s a pleasure to work with. He recently completed the following for me:- resealed cabinets/moulding in the kitchen- adjusted/aligned all kitchen cabinets- built stairs in the garage which look amazing- refreshed the deck and made it look like new- installed a bathroom LED mirror- replaced outside vent cover after squirrel damaged it- replaced outside drainage spout that was clogged and leaking- adjusted/aligned front door and replaced door sweep- filled gap where the doorbell wasHe also corrected/remediated numerous other issues within the house, and added some nice finishing touches to the overall appearance.The quality of his work is exceptional, and he’s always on schedule. His work is clean, precise, and everything he did deserves 5 stars. Overall, I’m very impressed with his work, communication, and willingness to help. Highly recommended!
