You have been doing an awesome job!Taking care of complete renovation of my house I was choosing between several manufacturers water softeners and drinking water filters. One of the Company Team members came and did a very short and informative presentation answering all my questions.What is great about you is you are really taking care of your customers!It was a tough time for me in summer of 2018 and I had to take care of all the aspects of house renovation myself mostly. The Store Manager who was supervising the water softener installation came into my house and while the installation was in process helped me with a different construction stuff at my house and this extra pair of hands was incredibly helpful. I have been always keeping this in my memory.Indeed, it is always about people and these people are amazing!Thanks a lot Team!

It's good service here. Clerks are very friendly and helpful with carry outs. Just wish they went back to their old hours. They use to be open until six. hard to get there when you work 9 to 5!

Nice new store, friendly staff. Always help to carry the full bottles. Had some trouble with a water cooler/heater dispenser I purchased here and they were great to come to my home to fix it with the offer to replace it if there were any more problems. Very impressed. Also like that they are working with the Cupcakes bakery next door and offer a deal there upon mentioning water depot.

This place does not know what they are doing and they do not care about their customers! Apparently it is because they don't make most of their money from renting out the RO systems. Their technicians cannot answer any questions, nor can they install the reverse osmosis system correctly. I had their RO system in my house for a year and I had one problem after another with it. It was very hard to reach anyone and get someone to come fix the problems and when they did finally come I would discover that there was a new problem the next day! When I complained to Dave his reply was, Don't let me stop you from taking your business elsewhere." I phoned another RO company and they told me that they constantly get new customers who were previously with Waterdepot who experienced the same problems I did. If you don't want to be treated badly and have problems with your water system then I highly recommend avoiding Waterdepot! They may be a bit cheaper than the other companies but it is for a reason! You get what you pay for!"

Amazing team of people working here! I needed a water softener installed and it took 2 weeks from my initial call to the final install. All questions were answered with clarity and in a timely manner

We have been getting water from this place from last 8 months or so. They have good staff, good customer service. They help to carry water bottles to your car. Water price is also reasonable.
