KM came to treat the lichen and moss on my roof. Kelly was very professional. He was very respectful of the plants growing near the house and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Kelly was easy to call and talk to, very professional, and did a great job on our gutter cleaning. Our gutters hadn’t been cleaned in 20+ years (we just moved in) and Kelly took care of them, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. The price was very fair as well!

KM Quality did a great job getting the moss off of my roof. I would highly recommend Kelly and Cory. They are punctual and hard working (something that is unfortunately very rare) and have a high level of integrity. They made sure the job was done right! Not to mention they are really nice guys! You will be very satisfied working with them.

KM Quality Home Improvement washed my house. I have siding and it looks so much better now that it is clean. Kelly even power washed my front porch as well even though it was not included in the price. Price was reasonable. Kelly communicated the process to me through text messages as I was at work when the cleaning was done. He even sent me pictures. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.

Kelly did an excellent job cleaning our siding and brick without any damage to our landscaping. His price was very reasonable and he completed the job within a week of calling. Highly recommend and would hire him again.

Kelly was fantastic to work with. He was able to come out the week of Thanksgiving and clean my gutters. He went above and beyond to ask about my garage gutters although I did not mention in the initial work request. He flushed all my gutters out with water and there was no mess. Could not tell he performed so much work because he cleaned up so thoroughly. Really appreciate it!

KM Quality Home Improvement is a reputable company. They scheduled my appointment at the first available date. They showed up on time, my house came out great and I would certainly use them again. He even offered and washed my travel trailer for me at no additional fee. I’d recommend this business to family and friends!
