The best stop if you want to be ignored and just hear the associates cackling together at cash while customers beg and plead for help to no avail. It’s a miracle they are open because I don’t know how they can make money if they don’t get anyone shoes.

I love soft moc but I came to this location to get a pair of shoes in a size 7 and had to come back the same day to return them. Not only were the shoes both left footed, but one was a size 7 and one was a size 9. I don’t know how that could get that badly messed up when they are supposed to double check the shoes. Then went back and they only had 2 left footed size 7 of the shoe. Doesn’t make any sense, even the employee was confused. Only good thing was I was able to get free shipping of a new pair sent to my house.

It's with a heavy heart that I have to write this review after a bad experienced regarding a wrong price tag on an item that have been settled by their customer service at their head office but they did not honor it. What makes it worse is that the sale people/staffs are not comforting and did not even apologize for the mistake. I'm sorry to say they all lack customer delight and customer care which doesn't reflect the company's goal of customer satisfaction. I agree with the other people who gave them a one star review because we experienced it ourselves first hand.

Staff there is so helpful over the phone and even more in person! Great place to shop ! Way more nicer staff then the Erin mills location!

Sales person (Lady) at the counter was very rude. When we requested to have a check on different model shoes she was full of attitude.

Had a terrible experience trying to return a shoe at this store...although the tag was there and intact and shoe not soiled in mud or anything she said we can't take it back. You have used it....How can anyone wear a shoe with tag on...

Dropped in because looking for a light weight shoe with someone. Found out they had a sale! They carry brands like Clark's, Uggs, Dr. Martens. We found the brands that we were looking for. Recieved helpful customer service and informed us about their points program.

Poor customer service, I was standing by the slippers for maybe 5ish mins had employees look my direction but never bothered to come help. Like I would go up and ask but the issue is I have social anxiety so it's very hard for me to speak up but it doesn't help when yiur standing looking confused and nobody offers assistance.

The 2 staff members who worked on Sunday, June 4th (opening) were patient and helped us with our purchase (toddler shoes)!
