Today was my first time at TA in Burlington and I highly recommend! Nurse Yi was personable, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable, professional environment. Painless treatment in a peaceful and calm environment. Terrific experience !

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years for my Botox and lip filler. It’s such a cute clinic that has great views of the lake. Yi is sweet and has treated me twice. She’s honest and genuine and the results have been great.

Super clean and comfortable clinic in an awesome location downtown Burlington. Yi is a total angel - so professional and not pushy at all. I highly recommend meeting with her even just for a consult!

This place is the perfect experience all around. I've been coming here for a couple years now. I get botox and fillers and have bought some skincare products. I once even received a free facial which was amazing! The staff is always so friendly and kind, the services are super clean and professional, and the place is just beautiful. Cannot recommend enough!

Ashley is the best I've ever had. She has a technique that could put me to sleep when I'm getting botox. I'll never go to anyone else.

Buyers beware. I recently had a terrible experience with this clinic. Despite exchanging several emails with them and confirming the appointment, they simply forgot to book it. Unfortunately, this led to a wasted trip of over 45 minutes only to find the clinic closed. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even bother to call me back. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and I would caution others to be mindful when booking appointments with this particular clinic.

I have to say I'm disappointed with the lack of response from the Burlington location management. I had been holding off on providing an online review allowing the mgmt to contact me but I guess they are not interested in doing so.I had a Botox consult in November and purchased the 50 units recommended for my face. The injections were done on a return visit of 55 units (paid extra for the 5 additional units I was told I now needed since consult) I was told I'd see great results on my two prime concern areas, while I understand everyone reacts differently. BUT I did not see any change to crows feet area (which supposidly had 8 units a side) or the main creases on my forehead. I also had a droopy smile and problems drinking with the lip flip which was recommended..if I were you I'd think twice about this area. I went back in January for followup and voiced my concerns. I was told I needed another 20 units, of which they'd offer only 3 free. I decided to pause and ask around about these results. Sadly I feel a bit conned as how do I know she even used 55 units...I guess you don't really know...and it seems like a bit of a scam that they keep telling me I need more and more each time. Even their esthetician who did a peel for me felt I had subpar results.I asked for mgmt to contact me, to chat about it, but no one called.I know take the time to read reviews on services before purchasing so sharing my experience so you can make an informed choice. Good luck, ask tons of questions and buyer beware.

The spa is clean and comfortable overlooking the water. I got a facial. The Attendants were corteous, professional and thorough. I would go back and definitely recommend TA.

I have been going to Therapeutic Aesthetics for two years and every experience is a great one. Highly recommend experience! Yi is so informative and so helpful in assisting me with the right procedures.
