Was waiting over 3 months for the lumber and trusses estimate. Lost tons of time, and bought from another supplier who gave all the details within a few weeks. If you deal with Ashley Marren be prepared your time will be wasted. She promises a lot but actual result is opposite to your expectations.

Poor customer service and store is junky looking not impressed at all!

Visited today and great service from everyone. Store was clean and full. Been a long time since I was in but will definitely now be back!!!

Thia place never has stock. Everytime i go there i think this is so common rona has to have it ill just stop simce its on the way....and sure enough NOPE. I was there yesterday to look for 1piece of ¾ 90° electrical conduit and they didnt have it"

I had a great experience at this Rona. Both Belinda and Liz were stand out employees that went the extra mile to help me out.

No complaints at all. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the parts for an old sink but helped me find a work around.

I came hobbling in with my baby carrying a heavy car seat. I asked staff where to get a cart. The cashier was annoyed at my question said “The carts are outside, you just walked past them!” I did walk past them because they were completely covered in snow. I didn’t want to put my baby down in the snow to wrestle frozen snow covered carts apart. (But I did) There was about 10 staff in a completely empty store. Surly someone can do a quick cart run. Please try to have staff bring carts in during bad weather. ❤️

If you are a person of colour or speak with accent, DONT go to this store, they speak to you poorly and very RUDE….I called 8:30 am on May 13 and the person who answered was RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After my spouse to pick up our items he was treated badly as well!!!!! WHY RONA???? Maybe invest in customer service classes for your staff and let them know that CANADA is very Diverse!!!! I’m so upset of this, my husband is a contract and he shops at Lowes and Rona on a daily basis, but today will be the last!!!!! The person who I just spoke to again excuse was we have an early bird speacial and that’s why!!! We didn’t went for an early bird special we bought our stuff for pick up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible! I’m disappointed in This Rona customer service!!!!!!!!!

Extremely unprofessional with zero customer service!!Ordered a chair online and setup a pickup date and time. After numerous reminder emails, and one phone call with the store directly, I arrived with a borrowed truck and was told my item wasn’t in stock.Apparently, a staff member made an error when they said my item was ready and when they figured out it wasn’t only a note was added to the file. The store didn’t feel the need to contact me directly.
