Great service! Alex was very quick to respond to my texts and very polite. Unfortunately when he came he did not have the piece required to fix our dishwasher but he came back the same day with the piece missing and fixed it in no time! Thank you! Dishwasher is working great again!

This company service re-schedule me several times (3 times) a visit from LG. First time they sent me text message the following two times they never showup. As of today I continue waiting on their visit. I tried to communicate with them and got only excuses.

The service was excellent and Alex was such a great technician and explained that the mother board was on recall and did not have to pay nothing for the service call today. I would highly recommend Alex for future service calls due to his great client service and professionalism.
