I recently sold my house and the buyer hired Premium Home Inspections Ltd to do the home inspection. I was out of town for 6 days and the inspection was done 3 days prior to my return while I was away. When I returned home, I discovered the home inspector had left my front door completely unlocked. It was unlocked for 3 days with no one home. Luckily nothing was touched but the lack of professionalism and attention to simple things like locking the door is unacceptable. Be careful when hiring Premium Home Inspections Ltd, they don't value the current home owner's property.

We booked a house inspection with Donovan and when the bank approval didn’t come through as quickly as we expected we asked to cancel the house inspection and Donovan did that with no problem and at no charge to us. 24 hours later our approval came through and Donovan was willing to quickly do the house inspection for us. He was very thorough and gave my husband lots of time with all of his questions. Excellent service

He reported some major things that needed corrections including some serious issues that would be expensive but dangerous if not fixed.His report was very clear, easy to understand and backed up with pictures.I would highly recommend his services.
