Sport check is always been my favorite when it comes to buying outdoor stuff like bikes and snow/ski stuff. They get sales once in a while so you pretty much benefit yourself from such offer especially when you are on a tight budget.

Very poor customer service…I check online some joggers it shows in stock , their system also shows stock available but there is no available in the store. I asked customer rep to find and she said we don’t have. Their fitting room were closed no one able to open lock.Very bad experience. Not recommend this store

We had such a superb experience! We purchased a bike which broke and Nicole was so lovely and had it refunded. Today when we went to purchase the second bike and Zee honoured our discounts that we lost when we returned our bike last week. He was so pleasant to communicate with. Milton Sports Check will be only place my family will go due to its exceptional customer support!

After having spent literally thousands of dollars at the Sport Chek store, I encountered a terribly rude sales associate. We went in for soccer cleats for my son and a tricycle for my 2.5 year old daughter.They only had 1 type of cleats and they weren't the right size. The shoe associate did help a lot.As we were trying the trikes, this other lady (who had spent the entire time we were at the store staring at herself in the mirror) came up to us and rudely shouted that do we know we aren't allowed to sit or ride on a bike in the store". That was unnecessary and the tone could have been much softer considering she was talking to a two year old. Also how is a mum supposed to purchase a bike off the floor models without trying them for size and height. Ridiculous. No wonder the store is always empty.Last time my money will go toward this particular store.Update:Upon reading other comments on Google

Though it's a large store offering a big range of products from renowned brands, however, I have somehow never been able to find the specific models that I went looking for (for eg Nike Pro runner shoe models etc).However, the main reason for giving this particular store a low rating is the extremely poor customer service, which can sometime be felt as discriminating. Specially felt offended by the response from the bike section expert, I believe the name was Kyle. I just wanted to enquire about the availability of a bike maintenance product and since he was attending a customer I patiently waited for almost 10 minutes. When he got free I tried to approach him but despite listening to my query, he completely ignored me. I still waited for him to return but he didn't and when some other service rep approached me, I told him what I was looking for. Since this info was only available with Kyle, therefore, the other rep asked him about it, on which he said that we don't have it. The whole experience was so humiliating and unpleasant for me that I would never again want to visit this store. Nor would I recommend it.

Yeah, if your associates are going to step within 1 metre of me, the least they can do is ask me if I am finding things okay or if I need help. Looking at backpacks and 4 of them walked right past me without saying a word within a span of 5 minutes. I left without purchasing even though I found a couple of bags that I liked. If you can't be bothered to greet me then I can't be bothered to give you my money.

Bought a pair of Nike Air monarch iv training shoes on Saturday because I was having old shoe issues. I explained my problem with the young lady and she was very happy to help me pick put the best pair since I have 4e wide small feet my choices were limited and so far I have had zero problems with the shoes and will be back for my next pair.

Dropped by the other day to spend a gift card and had no idea what to buy but Cameron helped me out lot in choosing what was perfect for me, would definitely recommend dropping by this location, lots of variety and great staff just like Cameron!

I was trying to make a return for a gift I received and use that credit to re purchase an item I ordered online (due to the pandemic) and the cashier that assisted me at this store, Mikaela was very impatient with me and didn’t fully listen to what I was trying to say and explain my situation. I had my receipt but it was kind of worn down because it went through the wash accidentally, but the transaction ID was still visible. I was trying to be helpful and asked what she needs to process the return, however, she didn’t listen but her colleague knew exactly what I was trying to do while they were helping other customers and explained it to her. I understand miscommunication can happen when dealing with these types of situations but I was not satisfied with the attitude I was receiving while she processed my return. I’ve worked retail for 4+ years and I am normally really patient with retail workers because I know how hard it can be after reopening during a pandemic however not being patient with customers is a bad rep for the store.
