Barry is awesome! He was early both appointments we had to fix our dishwasher. First time he visited was to investigate the problem and within 15 minutes he had figured out it was a defective water pump. Barry used a mat on the ground to protect my floors and had a towel at the ready in case any water came out while he worked. He was very courteous while he worked and valued my time.A part needed to be ordered and he was able to do it at my house and provided a lot of transparency of the product he was picking.Second appointment was to install the pump after it arrived. Again Barry was super punctual and got to work immediately wasting no time. He installed the new pump and did a test run and we could tell quickly it was working as it should. Barry took all forms of payment at my house which was convenient and gave a receipt for all work done.I was very happy with BC Appliance, from the scheduling to the automated calls indicating the appointment times to his workmanship. We have a working dishwasher finally and the repair process couldn't be better. Thanks!!!

A few months ago a kitchen remodel company damaged my fridge door and tried for months to deal with Samsung, but couldn’t.
