Terrible. The facility is clean but if you have to deal w any staff, run. I was accused of being too old to be student and I was scamming for a deal (wooping $15 deal....), cancelled my services 3 weeks later only to have my credit card charged again 2 weeks later. It has been over a month and after 5 calls and 4 emails I have just been informed that they apologize for not issuing me a refund and a cheque will eventually go out. But sure when.Embarrassing. For a community facility nothing really feels like they have their neighbors back.

I didn't want to feel down, so I've picked myself off the ground. Although I was new in this town, I didn't want to be unhappy. I heard about this place I can go to that doesn't require lots of money. I found plenty of ways to have fun there. It was fun to stay there.They have everything for a young man to enjoy. I hang out with some cool dudes. You can use the showers to clean yourself, grabbed something to eat, you can do whatever you feel like there.

Decent place for the whole family. The basket ball court has scheduled times when one can use it. There's a locker room which I find convenient and the gym is never full. There's also a track where I walk sometimes. No complains here.

4 stars as it's a bit frustrating to wait till 8 pm for diving boards and deep pool every public swim we attend. There is not full pool access therfore, and when children need to be in bed at 830-9 pm they barely get any big pool time with diving boards. And then same pool can be rented leaving those for public swim absolutely no access to deep pool at all.Other then that frustration, it is a wonderful facility with much friendly staff that are involved.

I have been continuously disappointed with the performance of the employees at this ymca. The front desk was unable to provide any information regarding any of their programs and the lifeguards are completely oblivious to their surroundings, as they are so busy chatting. The pool itself is great, but the employees make the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

Rude and unaccommodating staff. I don’t normally write reviews but I was made to walk home on the coldest (-15) day of winter with damp clothes on because I forgot my towel and couldn’t afford the 13 dollar fee to get one. I get you have rules in place and I would normally bring my own towel but this was a no brainer exception to make. To make matters worse the same employee then yelled at me as I walked out of the building stating that: “other people have no problem remembering their towels”.

Full activities from babies teenager and also senior, it as really family , at Ruthland they have member plus for xtra $10, you can relax after at private lounge with coffee , TV, private exercise with TV, super! Love itThey hv new promotion for new member individual only $20 per month and $50 for family, super cheap

Clean facility with 4' shallow, 5 lane lap pool. 10 person hot tub. Smaller sized deeper pool with 2 dive boards. Dry sauna seats 5 people comfortable.
