I value decisions and actions based on logic deliberation. I structure my client's decision-making process logically, isolating defined tasks, competences, and responsibilities. Within that structure, I apply my skills, expertise and resources toward my client's goal. I target an optimal cost/benefits ratio to add value to my client's business. Given the opportunity, I prefer to prevent problems with proper planning rather than improvise an emergency reaction when problems arise. In emergencies, I keep a cool head and focus on the critical path. I apply the necessary time and effort until my client is back on track again. I care about my duties and projects. I execute them to my best level of professionalism. In a team I support others achieve their potential and I accept their help to achieve mine, while carrying responsibility for my own work. I deliver on time and within budget. I am always excited to realize my client's objectives, even under time, budget, and operative constrains.
