Ordered some stuff online and paid extra for shipping and handling to find out that you pay for nothing because the promised 3 to 7 days shipping was im fact 10 days. Called customer service and basically got told that its not their problem. Will be taking my business to jersey city from now on amd no more lids for us

I got a custom embroider job done, took it home but just wasn't really happy with the end product. Took it back the next day and they reworked the design with me and redid the hat at no extra charge and I ended up with what I was looking for.Good guys.

Came in to get a custom hat made. The lady who helped us was so patient and amazing. The hat turned out great - the whole experience was fantastic. Thank you!

I have come here and purchased a plain white basketball hat from here as they are the only kind of hat that fits my head properly. I bought the ones you can get embroidered or engraved or whatever and just left it blank. The gentleman working here was very nice and helpful.

Rare jewel in Kelowna which actually provides excellent customer service. The sales staff are knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly and genuinely treat customers with respect. Today, the salesman went above and beyond expectations and informed me of sales and services offered by Lids which I gladly accepted. A+++++

I wish you could rate no stars because honestly worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Especially for something as simple as selling and stitching a HAT. Got a hat as a birthday gift and it was stitched improperly. Original buyer brought back and the employees couldn't seem to be of any help. Put matters into my own hands and was told IT will be restitched. BEEN A MONTH. Keep getting the run around and told it will be done. Then the original buyer goes back for it ( 4th time in the past 2 weeks ) and no one could find the hat WHICH is no longer their property. If I was the owner of this outlet I would be making sure my hat gets stitched and than any hat in the store with free stitching for the troubles of my dealing with incompetent employees !! Not impressed

Good spot for hats if you like baseball or hockey. Worst selection of NFL I've ever seen. Have asked the store 10 times to bring in Buffalo Bills stuff and they never do. Buffalo is the biggest nfl team in Canada so not sure why you don't carry them. Get with the times! I'm not paying 60 for a hat on your website with ridiculous shipping costs.

Absolutely amazing young man behind the counter!! Brayden, you my man are hands down one of the most polite customer service reps I have ever encountered. You made buying my little dude a hat a fun and easy experience. I tip my hat to you good sir!!

Bought 2 hats today from Lids. Great couple of guys behind the counter who helped me out. Good customer service and one of the guys took the time to show me how to properly crease my hats. I'll be back for sure.
