My dad needs to do blood and urine tests. This is a Monday morning ~9:20am, we just walk-in and wait time is only 19 minutes. This clinic is busy yet the staff are friendly and efficient. The technician doing blood test for my dad is very skillful and confident.If you want online test result, you can subscribe for $9.99 for one year.

I took my wife for Glucose testing for pregnancy. They made big mistake. After 12 hours fasting and 3 hours waiting and sitting there and took blood every one hour. At the end they told her that they were mistaken about the glucose and that was on paper work 75 g. And they give 50 g.Now how can you can do this kind of mistake.I don’t believe that. And now they asking to be back on Saturday. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Lab was very clean and set up well.Both my mom & received blood work at Dynacare Richmond Hill on last Tuesday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big Shout to the lab technician Rhea who took my blood was extremely competent and professional. We did not even any pain & she did an amazing work. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Great work and thank you Rhea!

Walked in at around 3pm, (I had already sent in my requisition through the site around 30 mins prior). The staff asked for my health card, asked me to sit, and within 3 minutes I was being called to get my blood work done. The nurse CHELL was amazing and kind. She made sure I was okay and she could tell I was nervous. Even offered me to lie down to be more comfortable. She was very skilled and had no problem finding my vein (which other nurses in the past had problems with) I was in and out in total 10 minutes or less. Very pleasant experience!

Online check-in works fine, I registered for 2 persons, they only take one and make the second person wait from end of line. No point arguing to the front desk. Don't put a feature that staff is not familiar.

Honestly, the best lab experience I have had in my life. I have no idea what the negative reviews are about. Quick, efficient, well staffed. I documented my time stamps to see how well the app worked.At 8:19 am the app said there was a zero wait time so I drove to the lab without reserving my spot.At 8:27 am I arrived and went to the office. Sure enough, there was no one sitting there waiting.Right away they took my requisition. I sat down for maybe 3 minutes and they sent me to a cubicle where someone saw me right away, no wait.At 8:35 am my blood work was complete and at 8:42 am my urine samples were done. By the time I left, there was a 7 minute wait based on the app, which seemed accurate.This will be my go to lab in the future. Great service, they clearly value customer time. Staff were also very nice!

The best lab that I have ever been to in Toronto! I arrived at 7:25 and leave at 7:50. The staff were helpful and working in a high efficiency

Went for blood work here twice, once 19 weeks ago and today. The staff is fast and efficient, the service is good for people who prefer practicality vs chatty customer service like at retail.

I was here 1 week ago for blood test and still now my whole right hand is dark blue, they cant take the blood from vein. Dont come to this clinic! Be carefull!
